As part of the Impact Research Bootcamp (IRB) organized by HEM, Moroccan PhD Hubet HEC Liège, and ATESMA, in which the Supdeco Group is fully involved, our faculty, researchers, and doctoral students brilliantly participated in an exceptional academic experience.
The IRB: much more than training: a transformative immersion for young researchers.
For three days, the IRB offered a unique space where research is experienced differently: more dynamic, more collaborative, and more connected to societal challenges.
An intense moment of reflection, exchange, and co-creation, where research leaves the laboratory to engage with the field, ideas, and action. From November 14th to 16th, 2025, five of our doctoral students and key staff proudly represented Supdeco Dakar at the 8th edition of the IRB in Benslimane, Morocco, themed “AI and Scientific Rigor: Transforming Doctoral Research.”
Our participants:
Ms. Codou SARR — Lecturer-Researcher, Director of IMAP
• Mr. Mamadou NDIAYE — Director of Human Capital
• Mr. Abdou FAYE — Director of the Banjul Campus
• Mr. Tidiane BOIRO — Head of Procurement
• Mr. Thierno SECK — Program Manager
This outstanding event, organized by ARES in partnership with HEC Liège, HEM Research Center, the University of Liège, MoroccanPhD Hub, and Atesma, facilitated enriching exchanges with international experts and reinforced our vision of rigorous, innovative, and impact-driven academic research.
A huge thank you to the speakers — Manal EL ABBOUBI, Youssef OUAZZOUZ, @lae Eddine NASSAR, @Rachid BOUCHAMA, and Hamza GUELZIM — for the quality of their support and the inspiration they provided to our teams.
Supdeco Dakar reaffirms its mission: to invest in the excellence of its teacher-researchers, managers and doctoral students in order to offer a world-class academic experience and amplify its international influence.
